What this site collects
This page sells one book. Here is what we collect while you’re on it, and why.
When you buy
Payments are handled by Stripe, through its Managed Payments service, which acts as the seller of record and handles tax. Stripe collects your card details, email and billing country; we never see your card. We receive your email so we can send your download links, which go out through our email provider, Resend.
How we measure the page
We use PostHog to understand how people use this page: which sections they read, where they click, how far they scroll, and recordings of visits with anything you type hidden. We also use Vercel Analytics for visit counts, and keep our own record of visits (time on page, how far you scrolled, where you came from, and whether you bought) to compare the prices we show. Different visitors may see different prices while we test what the book should cost.
If you’re in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, PostHog only runs after you accept it in the banner.
Cookies
- tfr_price and tfr_vid: keep the price you see the same on every visit, and tell a returning visit from a new one. 180 days.
- PostHog’s cookies, if PostHog runs for you: tell your visits apart.
- Stripe’s cookies, inside the checkout: payment security and fraud prevention.
